When will I receive my items?
All items are made to order and are shipped out in 2 to 10 business days depending on the shipping option you select. Tracking information is provided so you can monitor the progress of your product (s) after completing your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, it is 100% secure. We work with one of the leading global payment providers – Stripe. Stripe is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries, all over the world.

I'm being asked to pay a customs fee to receive my package, can you help?
While we cannot be responsible for import taxes charged by your government, please contact us with a scan or photo of the customs receipt showing the charge, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to see how we can assist you.
Your page is not loading on my browser – is there a specific browser I should be using?
If for some reason your encountering an issue opening our page, please e-mail support@dojofashion.com with details about the issue, the device, and the browser your using.
Your site keeps declining my card, what’s happening?
Our payment processor communicates directly with your bank and automatically accepts or declines payment. Unfortunately, we cannot override the system. If your card is not accepted, please contact your bank or try using a different credit card.
What is your return policy?
Due to the donation-based nature of our products, all sales are final.
